| Extra Virgin olive Oil
Our oil is obtained from our own Moraiolo, Frantoio and Leccino olives which are hand picked in November.
The pressing is done in a modern mill where the extraction does not require high temperatures; the oil obtained with this method has a distinct aroma and a fresh, fruity taste.

average mixed soil on a substrata of sandstone.
Harvesting: by hand.
Extraction:
centrifugal cold press at the mill.

steel tanks and green UVAG bottles.
Average bottle production:
800 half litre bottles per year.
